DraftKings Prepaid Play+ FAQ

How do I get a Play+ DraftKings Prepaid card?

You’ll find the Play+ Prepaid card option on the deposit screen in the cashier at DraftKings Sportsbook. Clicking on Play+ as your deposit option will give you the option to enroll for Play+ as a payment method for your DraftKings account.

Once you’re account details are verified, you can start using Play+ as both a deposit and withdrawal method at DraftKings Sportsbook. You’ll also receive a physical Play+ debit card in the mail within a few days, which can be used at ATMs nationwide as well as anywhere Discover debit cards are accepted.

How does the DraftKings prepaid Play+ card work?

The Play+ acts as a prepaid card linked to your DraftKings account and can be used for both depositing funds into your account and making withdrawals from it. You can fund this card by linking it to your bank account, credit card, or debit card. You provide the bank card details or account details for whatever method you want to use to fund your Play+ card when you enroll.

To deposit funds into your DraftKings account, you’ll select the prepaid Play+ card as your payment method and enter the desired deposit amount. The funds will be deducted from your prepaid card balance and added to your DraftKings account. Deposits made with Play+ are eligible for deposit bonus offers, such as the DraftKings Bet $5 Get $200 in bonus bets sign-up offer.

When you want to withdraw your winnings or funds from your DraftKings account, you can choose the prepaid Play+ card as the withdrawal method. The requested amount will be credited back to your card balance, and you can then access it through ATM withdrawals, point-of-sale purchases, or by transferring it back to your linked bank account.

Note that you can only use Play+ for withdrawals if you’ve made an initial deposit using Play+.

Are Play+ prepaid cards and a DraftKings gift card the same thing?

No. DraftKings gift cards are prepaid cards with a set balance that you can add to your DraftKings sports betting account. You can’t use gift cards to withdraw funds from DraftKings.

Is Play+ a good funding option at DraftKings Sportsbook?

Yes. Play+ is one of the best deposit options you can use at DraftKings Sportsbook. You can use Play+ for deposits and withdrawals, as long as Play+ was the original deposit method used when you made your initial deposit.
