Same Game Parlays (SGPs) have surged in popularity in the online sports betting world, and Caesars Sportsbook has embraced this trend by offering SGPs on major sporting events. If you’re curious about how to place an SGP bet at Caesars, you’re in the right place. This guide, along with our video tutorial, will explain what a Same Game Parlay is and provide a real NBA example to help you understand how to create one.
What Is a Same Game Parlay?
- $20 deposit & bet minimum
- Offer applies to new users only
- Bonus Bets expire in 7 days
A Same Game Parlay is a type of bet that allows you to combine multiple wagers within a single game. This could include bets on the game’s outcome, player performances, and various game statistics. The appeal of an SGP lies in the potential for higher payouts, as the odds for each selection are multiplied together. However, it’s worth noting that all selections must win for the parlay to succeed.
The Rising Popularity of SGPs on Caesars Sportsbook
- Increased Odds: By combining multiple bets, SGPs offer the chance for larger payouts.
- Customized Betting: SGPs allow bettors to tailor their bets to specific aspects of a game.
Real NBA Example of a Same Game Parlay
Imagine you’re placing an SGP on an NBA game between the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers. You might include the following bets:
- Chicago Bulls to win against the Lakers (moneyline)
- Total points in the game to exceed 215
- LeBron James to score at least 30 points
- Zach LaVine to have more than 5 assists
In this parlay, you’re betting on the Bulls to win, predicting a high-scoring game, and focusing on individual player performances. For your parlay to pay out, each of these predictions needs to come true.

How does a same-game parlay bet work at Caesars Sportsbook?
Keep in mind that same game parlay wagers include limitations, as some bets aren’t allowed to be combined on a single-game parlay. For instance, you generally can’t combine the moneyline and the point spread from the same game into an SGP.
